TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms listed below,GENERAL GUIDELINES:I WILL NOT DRAW:
-Gore (blood and minimal injuries are fine
-PROBLEMATIC OR BIGOTED CONTENT/TOPICS
-Mecha Characters (robotic or android parts/elements are fine but no full mecha or anything along those lines)
-Overly Complex Backgrounds (I am a character artist above all else please keep this in mind)-Some kind of reference MUST be provided for your commission, I cannot and will not work purely on written descriptions. Please come prepared.PAYMENT:-I accept payment via Cashapp, Paypal, or Ko-fi ONLY
Full payment must be provided UPFRONT. I will NOT start drawing without payment being sent and confirmed.ART USAGE:-You are allowed to post/reupload any art received from me, I only ask that you do not claim it as your own and provide proper credit when necessary.-My art is not to be used for NFT, Crypto, or A.I. based endeavors, NO MATTER THE KIND-My art is also not to be used for commercial use. If you’d like commercial rights, then you need to discuss it with me, and from there proper payment can be discussed.-I withhold the right to post commissions I complete at any time.EDITS:-Edits are allowed to be made during the sketch and lineart stage, however, I have a limit of only 4 minor edits and 1 major one.-Any additional edits will be an extra fee depending on the edit.-I ask you to be decisive during this process, because not only are these changes more work for me, but it could be more money for you. Please know what you want before commissioning.REFUNDS/DEADLINES:-Anything past the sketch portion is not guaranteed to be refunded It will always be at my discretion.-Commissions may take up to a month (30 days) or more depending on the workload of my queue, the type of commission, life activities, or more. You are free to check in on my progress or my queue at any time.-If you have a specified due date (Birthday, Holiday, etc.), you must let me know at least two weeks ahead of time. Any date given less than that may be accepted through the artist's discretion and the type of commission being done. Expedited commissions may also be subject to additional charges depending on various factors (queue length, desired deadline, etc).-Above all else, remember that I am one human being with a life outside of work.Remember that I also have the right to refuse any commission, no matter my reasoning <3
